BELDON CRAFT

Beldon Craft hasn't always been about leather, but it has always been about creativity.
I grew up in Northwest Montana in the economically stressful times of the 1980s. As one of four resourceful brothers, I learned to make do with what I had.
Because of its affordability, imagination and pretend play were a large part of my childhood. Imagination often leads to innovation, and that sometimes led me to take apart what few toys I had in an attempt to create an invention of my own.
The desire to bring creative ideas to fruition has stuck with me my entire life. I have been fortunate to see many things that started as challenging objectives become completed goals.
Several of my artistic projects include hand-built row boats, skin-on-frame kayaks, and dozens of Native American style flutes. In addition, I also designed, constructed, and sold numerous laminated reflex/deflex longbows among various other items.
In my spare time, I operate my own plumbing company where I’m a master plumber of twenty-five years (and counting)!
At Beldon Craft my goal is to produce items with serious attention to craftsmanship and practicality while enjoying the creative process.
